On September 17th, Shanghai Queer Film Festival will direct its focus to 15 brilliant short films that made it to our Short Film Competition shortlist. These films cover a wide range of national origins, but they all in one way or another explore the complexities and characteristics of Asian LGBTQ narratives and identities. The creators behind 4 of the short films will attend the screening and share with us their personal experiences creating these fascinating queer stories.
